Your Statutory Rights
At BaxterPrints.com we want you
to be delighted every time you shop
with us. Occasionally though, we
know you may want to return items.
That's why under our "no quibbles"
guarantee if, for any reason you
are unhappy with your purchase,
you can return it to us in its original
condition within 30 days of the
date you received the item.
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delived to you.,
To Cancel your purchase under this cool-ing period, please package the product and send it to us with the delivery slip so that we recieve it within seven working days from the date the item was delivered to you. It will be required to be in the same condition as sent to you showing no damage.

Please note that you will be responsible
for the costs of returning the goods
to us unless we delivered the item
to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive
the item back from you with the
delivery slip, we may arrange for
collection of the item from your
residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund therelevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge -- we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Security Guarantee
None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.
1. Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet
2. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
3. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, BaxterPrints.com will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at BaxterPrints.com while using the secure server.
A Few Important Notes: this guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using BaxterPrints.com's secure server. This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
